1:1 Coaching

 1:1 Coaching typically is a 6 month program for those who want to take a deep dive into learning about health and wellness from a holistic perspective. In this program you will meet with Sarah every other week for ~75 min in person or zoom meeting, with a check in phone call in between sessions for ~25 min. This program will teach the basics of nutrition, meal planning, building a consistent movement routine, developing a meditation practice as well as taking a deep dive into your emotional wellbeing. You will uncover the barriers that have gotten in the way of moving forward in your health journey and tackle them. You will deepen your relationship to yourself and connect to your authentic self in a deep and powerful way.
